If you’re on the fence, or just starting your travel research, just book with Ompo!!! I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia on a recent trip to Namibia! We had a bit of an unusual request that she enthusiastically supported us with! We had a phenomenal tour, and she went above and beyond to give us a proper experience with the flexibility that we wanted. Her demeanor is so pleasant to be around, and she was so proud to share her country with us! Just WOW!! We are a group of 7 friends and Sylvia was so helpful in organizing EVERYTHING from airport pickup in Walvis Bay to Sandwich Harbour Dune Tour to pick up and drop off at hotels and the long drive to Deadvlei then all the way to Windhoek. The car was perfect she provided and the best people she works with! Thank you so much Ompo Travel! We are in love with our trip!

Everything was organised perfectly, Sylvia listened to our needs and constantly adapted the trip according to our (many) changes of mind, to ensure we could get the best out of it, both in terms of things to do and accommodations where to stay; but she also added her local know-how to advise our decisions on what really worth seeing and what to skip (given the limited time of two weeks). She was also very responsive, both prior the trip as well as during the trip, taking immediate action if needed (only once, due to a misunderstanding on the check-out from a lodge).Namibia is an amazing place with plenty of wilderness and photo opportunities, and we have enjoyed it fully!

I had a wonderful time with my friend in Namibia thanks to Sylvia and her Ompo Travel team. Namibia is such a wonderful country, naturally beautiful, with great food and infrastructures. A lot of people self-drive there but we treated ourselves to a private safari tour with our guide John who took us around and talked us through the beauties of his country. Sylvia and her team have been the most supportive and helpful since the beginning, while planning our travel arrangements, all the way till our last good bye before checking-in for our flight back. Loved every minute of this trip💜We strongly recommend this travel agency if you need support with arranging your holidays to this beautiful continent.
